TenEightTen

Well, Floyd and I started up again. Broke a light sweat and lifted weight, just light weight and a few pushes. Needless to saw I am not sore today, but I am feeling that I did work out. We did
Chest, back, shoulders, legs, abs, lower back and arms. It went fine, but now I have funny joint pains every where, getting old sucks, but I am sure I'll get over it.

The Calf made it through everything fine, so that is a good thing

Thursday is the next day for us. Sounds like Shannon wants to come too. So 3 it will be, and ripping through the lifts we will go.

Maybe before we start for reals this time we should take some measurables and actually see if gains are being made.... maybe

09Aug10 - NineEightTen

This is a story that has been told before and will be told again:
Things start anew tomorrow…

Two big things are over 1) our 2 week vacation is over (both good and bad. Good that I can get back to working out, bad that I am not still on vacation). 2) My torn (excuse me strained) calf doesn’t hurt any more. Not sure if the calf has any strength, but simply walking on it doesn’t hurt any more.

So Floyd and I are going to hit the gym a couple times this week and then for really real next week.

Don’t pray for me, I’m already dead. I am Mr. Self Destruct.
