Well I did it, went to the club, "ran" on the elliptical, rode the bike for a bit, and sweated a lot. The new I-pod was great, I think I would like some more athletic ear buds, the ones that came with the pod don't stay in so great for me.
So let's see.... sweated, ate right, drank water, took vitamins. bet I lost 10 pounds lol Still go to sleep way WAY too late, and work is more than a tad stressful right now, and the Cyclones suck. But everything else is going pretty good.
Not sure how to use this, or if anyone even gives a damn. I think it is just a running reminder for me to keep at it.
I have realized a few things:
- fat cam needs to not be so fat
- in a month I am going to start lifting again
- i think i am going to try and run dam-2-dam

I am guessing there might be some beer in the blood mixed with the gravy.
I prefer to think of my blood as maple syrup. It would be delicious on pancakes.
You should just get one of these:
You Really only need 4 minutes But the guy that comes out with the 3 minute excerciser will kick his butt.
