I think running is a bad idea for me. jogging, or yogging I believe it is a soft "J", may be a little closer but I am really getting close to the old guy run walk ass out thing. I had a coach in high school that did that. Looked funny at the time, now it seems quite sensible. Was back at the club this morning, already had a couple glasses of water, was in bed by 11:15 last night, was out of bed by 6:15, made my lunch again, eating lots of fruit, it still seems that veggies are what I am missing, I think I'll have to start working them into dinner.
I will say that Gold's was strangely quite this morning, not that is matters to me. Must remember to get my i-pod charged up and in working order. Things seems to go faster and easier with music in your ears. IMO.
Not sure how many days you have to do something to make it a habit, but now playing WoW until 2AM most nights seems to be a healthy thing for me, and probably my wrists.

You should eat onions for your veggies...lots and lots of onions. I know how you love them.
For me it usually takes about 2 weeks before I feel like something is a habit.
I did wake up early and work out myself...I must say that lunges and incline pushups suck.
I was also on time to work (two days in a row! new record!)
Keep this up, dude! I'm back on the wagon, too. Trying to get in shape for Dam-to-Dam, but quality sleep is what I'm missing right now. Tough to do with a 1 month old kid!
By the way, with Thad proclaiming that he's runing a 1/2 marathon next January, you've got a potential yogging buddy. Just sayin'.
Onion, I think I would jsut rather.... ugh onions.
1/2 Marathon? Pass. I have no interest in Farther, faster or stronger any more. All i am interested in is healthier and smaller. Maybe by next JAnuary I could be talked into a 5K. but I doubt it. 13 miles. HAHA so far and so bad for the body.
